Suleiman Shaibu helps organizations and business executives find clarity in their business and personal development. Suleiman has had varying work experience, working with a startup organization in the nineties then with a Multinational in the year 2000. Prior to return to his own business, he is left paid employment in 2002 from Hewlett Packard to start an IT business which he sold his majority stake in 2007. When his second journey in entrepreneurship experienced some turbulence, he returned to paid employment in 2012 to join Microsoft then with a stint with Temenos and before going back to running his own consulting outfit: BFT Consulting Services.
He shared his business experience with business leaders in different markets cutting across Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, United Kingdom, USA and Canada. BFT Consulting helps organization with sales and leadership development (BFT helps organization recruit and coach sales people)
Suleiman Shaibu is a business consultant and a leadership expert working with senior executives and businesses on their strategy, leadership and sales management challenges. He is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker and a certified Clarity4D UK trainer and coach. He has attended management programs at Harvard & Lagos Business School. He is passionate about leadership, human development especially on issues related development of the men folk.
Suleiman is an Amazon Best Selling author (co-authored a book with Brian Tracy – “The Will to Win”) and a sports enthusiast that love to play Table Tennis, Golf and Running (He successful completed the 2018 Lagos Access Bank Marathon).
